Physical Activity And Exercise

Exercise is a physical or recreational form that usually takes place over a period of time with the goal of improving the level of intelligence and health. In planning a healthy lifestyle among children the exercise of exercise with fitness needs to be prioritized.

There are some activities that can be categorized to workout suitable for children for example, with children dancing to move the wrists and legs and the entire limbs. Additionally, exercise for the trunk or spine of a child. For example, movements such as bow, hoops, torches and so on. Children are encouraged to do so in many ways such as standing, baring, kneeling or sitting.

In addition, exercise for your hands and feet. Exercises for the part of the hands and feet can be done as much as the sleeves of arm can support the body by hand on the floor. This exercise also strengthens the limbs. Next, exercise for the feet and cardiovascular. Exercise for the feet and cardiovascular can also be done using a wide space such as in the garden or in the recreation area. The activity is like running fast and stopping, swiping and jumping in different directions.

Therefore, children should be given physical activity to strengthen the motor and to increase stamina. A movement will help the growth of the child's body become healthier.
