The Practice Of Food Pyramid Is Good For Health

A balanced diet is very important for children. A balanced diet is the way the children take food according to the concept of food pyramid. Balanced nutrition can also be planned to take a suitable diet for children.

The Food Guide Pyramid shows the proportions of the various food types that should be fed to a growing child. this provides parents with information on he food types and amounts necessary to meet a child's daily dietary requirements. The best way to meet the daily requirement is to eat a varied that combines cereals, fruit and vegetables, meat, fish, poultry, legumes and products.

Healthy food intake can ensure that the body and the brain of the child can be sufficiently nutritious to function properly. In the food pyramid level 4, contains a rich food complex with carbohydrates that are the primary energy source for children. Level 3 also contains food vitamin and mineral. For example, vegetables and fruits.

Lastly, calories, chocolate, oil is a low dairy diet. Therefore, children need to take a little bit of food from this group that needs to be eaten. If prolonged children can developp obesity.
